Roles and Responsibilities of a Technical Recruiter

  • Sourcing the resumes Using various job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and Tech Fetch to find right resumes.
  • Screening the Candidate Calling the Candidates and asking them some basic questions over the phone. Explaining them the roles and responsibilities involved in the job. Negotiating the salary.

Benefits

  • Salary depends upon the communication skill andTechnical knowledge of the candidate. Minimum salary package will be INR3,00,000 PA and maximum will be INR 6,00,000 PA.
  • Insentives Besides Salary the Candidate is entitled for recurring incentives. He/ She will be paid incentives till the time the Candidate is on the project. The minimum incentives he will get is INR 4,000 per month for a single candidate and there is no limit for the maximum Incentive.
  • Meals Free Dinner will be provided by the company.
  • Working Days,The Candidate needs to work only from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are fixed off.
  • Leaves Despite the normal Indian leaves, the Candidate is entitled to all the leaves in US like Christmas, Thanksgiving, President day, Columbus Day, Martin Luther king day and so on.
  • Promotion After performing well for 12 months as a UK accountant, the Candidate is entitled to get promoted as an Accounts Manager and get a chance to visit UK on company's expenses.
  • Appraisal After completion of 6 months a guaranteed hike of 20% to 30% on the annual salary.
  • Cab Candidates will be provided home pick and drop in AC cabs. Female candidates will be provided a security guard in the cab for their safety.
