These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment, attendance, and usage of educational training, lab infrastructure, software licenses, and career placement services offered by 4Achievers ("Institute," "we," or "us").
1. Admission & Enrollment
- Enrollment in any certification or job-oriented program is confirmed upon receipt of the initial registration fee and verification of basic academic credentials.
- Batch schedules, lab allocation, and mentorship sessions are assigned according to enrollment batches and may be rescheduled with prior notice to optimize student-to-trainer ratios.
- Students are expected to maintain at least 85% attendance across lecture sessions, weekend coding sprints, and practical lab assignments.
2. 100% Placement Assurance Program Criteria
Our dedicated 100% placement assurance ecosystem is designed to guarantee career success through rigorous preparation. To qualify for continuous corporate referrals and placement interview drives, learners must:
- Successfully submit and defend all scheduled enterprise capstone projects with an acceptable evaluation score from senior faculty.
- Participate in mandatory mock technical viva rounds, HR readiness workshops, and resume ATS optimization sessions.
- Attend scheduled interviews arranged with our corporate hiring partners and uphold professional decorum during evaluation rounds.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All training documentation, project problem statements, code templates, video recordings, and learning management system (LMS) modules are the proprietary property of 4Achievers. Unauthorized duplication, commercial redistribution, or public upload of these proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Classroom & Lab Code of Conduct
Students must maintain high standards of academic honesty, mutual respect, and hardware care within our campus labs and digital classrooms. 4Achievers reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for disciplinary infractions, academic plagiarism, or cyber harassment without refund.
5. Fees & Refund Policy
All fee installments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by our official Payment and Refund Policy.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
